Welcome to Sea Moss and Tings. These Terms and Conditions spell out the rules for using our website and buying from us. When you visit seamossandtings.com or place an order, you're agreeing to follow these Terms.

If any part doesn't work for you, please don't use our site or shop with us. We want you here only if you're comfortable with how we do things.

When you place an order, you're confirming that you're 21+. We'll verify your age at checkout and when your package arrives. If we have any reason to think you're not old enough, we'll cancel your order and refuse to do business with you.

2. Products

We sell hemp-derived CBD products and wellness items. Here's what you should know:

• Our products contain less than 0.3% THC (by dry weight) — meeting the 2018 Farm Bill.
• Everything is made and tested to federal and state standards.
• Each product comes with a Certificate of Analysis from an independent lab. Check them out on our Lab Reports page.

We offer sea moss, herbal teas, capsules, cough syrup, and hemp-derived tinctures (like our Focus Drops).

3. No Medical Claims & FDA Disclaimer

Nothing on our website — product descriptions, blog posts, or educational materials — is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, have a health condition, or take medication.

4. Ordering & Payment

• All orders need our approval. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
• Prices are in US dollars and can change anytime.
• We take major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods shown at checkout. We use Authorize.net to process payments securely.
• Give us accurate payment info. Fake information = canceled order.
• We can refuse or cancel orders for any reason: suspected fraud, violating these Terms, or if we're out of stock.
• We'll add sales tax where the law requires it.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on our site — text, photos, logos, product names, design, software — belongs to us or our partners. It's protected by copyright and trademark law.

Don't copy, share, modify, or use any of our content without asking us first.

6. Your Responsibilities

When you use our site, you agree to:

If that doesn't work, we'll go to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. You give up your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
