We chose 21+ because we think it's the right standard for hemp products. It's about integrity and doing business the right way.

Our products follow the law:

• All products are under 0.3% THC (dry weight) per the 2018 Farm Bill.
• All products are tested by independent labs. See our Lab Reports for details.

3. How We Verify Age

We use multiple verification methods across different touchpoints to ensure compliance:

Online

• Age gate: You confirm you're 21+ before seeing our products.
• At checkout: You give your date of birth and confirm your age again.
• Third-party check: We might use an age verification service to validate your info against public records.

When Your Package Arrives

• Adult signature: An adult (21+) has to sign for it.
• ID check: The delivery person will ask for a valid photo ID to confirm you're 21+.
• No one home? The carrier will try again later or hold it at their facility for you to pick up.

In Person

• We ask for a valid photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID).
• No purchase without ID verification.

4. What Happens If You Lie About Your Age

Lying about your age to buy from us breaks our Terms and may break the law.

If we find out you misrepresented your age:

• We'll cancel your order immediately.
• Your account gets permanently closed.
• You won't automatically get a refund — it's up to us.
• We might report it to authorities.
